Investment Operations Associate Job Opening in Mason City, Iowa - Advance Services Inc. is looking for an Investment Operations Associate for the Mason City area.
Location: Mason City, IA
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:xAM-5:xPM
Pay: $16-$18 per hour
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Under supervision perform data entry into a web based and main frame applications and completion of forms to support the department and other internal service areas. This role will be under RIS
Highly organized, Attention to Detail, Written Communication, Work in a team environment as well as independently, interpretation of work and decision making
Should possess ability to question non-routine items and ask a trainer for guidance, ability to learn assigned tasks and be ready to learn a new task, ability to shift focus from one task to another task depending on the volume of work received for the day
Knowledge of or ability to obtain knowledge of financial services and investment related terminology preferred
Must demonstrate possession of problem solving, interpersonal, time management and communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Basic PC and/or system skills required
Requirements
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must be able to undergo background check
Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Degree in accounting, finance, economics or business preferred
