Dacon is currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our pre-construction team. We are seeking a candidate who is thorough, efficient, creative, and above all, passionate about providing excellent client service.
The Project Planner is part of the pre-construction team who works with prospective clients to determine and document the client?s facility requirements. The Project Planner coordinates the activities of the architect, consultants, subcontractors, town officials, and the client?s team in the development of a design/build project. The role requires client interface, proposal writing, and cost estimating.
Candidates for the position must be experienced in developing building projects from concept to construction, have excellent communication skills, have a working knowledge of commercial building systems, and have experience in cost estimating for construction. We are looking for an individual with 5 ? 10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, and construction management with a degree from an accredited university.
