Sunburst Chemicals seeks qualified applicants for the position of Territory Sales Manager ? Hartford, CT area. The primary focus is service and reporting for existing customers, working with distributors and direct accounts in the region and organizing and installing new equipment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct distributor sales meetings, presentations, meetings.
Facilitate sales discover, sales presentations and closes as required.
Develop sales strategies for target markets.
Utilize CRM and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Direct and oversee trials.
Perform regularly scheduled maintenance for Sunburst dispensers and related equipment.
Provide emergency service when required (this includes after hours and weekends).
Troubleshoot problems not related to Sunburst equipment and make recommendations to customer to resolve.
Prepare for and do new dispenser installations and dispenser upgrades.
A qualified applicant should have 5+ years of institutional and sanitation industry related experience with a proven track record of sales growth and management. Experience with food service sanitation and/or institutional laundries. A Bachelor?s degree is preferred. Some travel (6-12 overnights per month) may be required.
Desired Qualifications :

Strong communication, organization, independent and time management skills are required to be successful in this position
Ability to communicate well written and orally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
