Inbound leads from marketing ? no telemarketing
Pay: $70,000 - $100,000+ First Year (Base + Commission)

Job Description
In this role, you will be one of the gate keepers of our company. You are the first person our customers meet along their journey of transitioning to clean water with Crystal Clear. Your work will have an impact on people?s lives. We have hundreds of customer testimonials from people experiencing reduced symptoms of skin diseases, digestion issues, cirrhosis and various auto immune diseases and your ability to cast the vision for clean water will, in many cases, be a key factor in achieving this. * This statement has not been evaluated by medical professionals and is not intended to provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Responsibilities
Drive production of sales to meet local team goals and objectives
4-day work week with rotating Saturday and evening shifts
Learn and follow our proven scripts and process
Skills
A track record of achievement as evidenced by sales awards, exceeding quotas, etc.
General understanding of the sales process and experience achieving and exceeding sales quota goals
A positive, friendly personality and professional demeanor
Flexibility to work within non-standard business hours
Excellent customer service skills required
Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Team player with a big picture attitude!
