Customer Service Expert:
Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the store?s overall sales goals.
Shows the desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best San Lorenzo Bikinis shopping experience.
Develops strong product knowledge across all categories and is able to communicate that information to our customers.
Building Brand Equity:
Understands and is able to communicate the San Lorenzo Bikinis aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to our customers.
Shows the desire and ability to work as a part of a team.
Operational Excellence:
Understands and accurately processes all POS transactions.
Completes all of the daily tasks, per company directive, in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensures that the store?s standards are being maintained on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:
Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight.
Comfortable climbing ladders.
