SALES INTERNSHIP Job Opening in Wheeling, West virginia - Gain knowledge in various aspects of hotel and hospitality management, including working in sales/revenue management as well as catering and events. You will work in a fast-paced environment while developing your professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedules and prioritizes work load to meet deadlines
Ensures that all managers receive messages in a timely manner
Assists managers as needed
Conduct account research
Actively engaging in warm and cold calling
Requirements:
Enrolled in a four-year university, pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Sales or Marketing
Current Junior or Senior level status or college new graduate
Preferably in the hotel and/or hospitality industry
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multitask efficiently
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Detail oriented, with a strong work ethic and a hunger to learn in a team environment
Must have an outgoing personality
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Internet
Part-time: day, weekends, holidays
