Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Practical Nurse Job Opening in Evansville, Indiana - Tri State Community Clinics, LLC has immediate positions available for Certified Medical Assistant/Licensed Practice Nurse at our onsite/near site health and wellness centers. Primary care, prevention, wellness and health coaching services are provided to the employees and dependents of our clients. Full time and part time positions are available.
Primary Responsibilities:
Patient intake process including vitals and updating current medications
Blood draws
Injections
Patient education
Appointment scheduling
Assisting medical providers as needed
Maintaining clinic supplies and equipment
Candidate qualifications:
MA diploma (certification preferred)/Active LPN license in Indiana
Great people skills and outgoing personality
Ability to perform position responsibilities
Experience working in a primary care setting preferred
At least 2 recent years of relevant experience
Excellent computer skills including entering information into an EMR
