POSITION SUMMARY

The LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) is responsible for:
Nurse provides quality nurse services to meet the needs of each resident
Nurse will promote highest nurse level care plan and accurate documentation
Ensures safety Nurse quality assessment and assurance functions

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Indiana license in good standing. Previous long term care nurse experience is preferred.
