Night Audit Manager Job Opening in Austin, Texas - The Night Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the Front Desk, Concierge, and At Your Service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to accurately recording all revenue and statistics, balancing revenue reports, auditing guest accounts to ensure that room rates and market codes are correct, audits group accounts to ensure postings are in accordance to the sales contract, posts room and tax to all active guest accounts, completes gross revenue reports, organizes front office area by 6:30 a.m., and has a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures. Excellent service skills, computer skills, mentoring, leadership, and training skills are required.
2-5 years experience working as a Night Audit Manager in a property over 600 rooms
Ability tp provide high quality guest service, while performing end of day audit responsibilities.
Ability to supervise night audit team to deliver timely and accurate reports.
Ability to provide excellent 3rd shift leadership over all associates and ensure safety of guests, associates, and the asset.
