Sales Assistant Position:
During our training period, you will be working directly under existing Sales Executives. These members of the team will provide training and help you grow your network of contacts - a crucial component to the success of any salesperson. Compensation - we offer a training pay period while the new team member is trained by the team and growing their contact list. Once you have reached designated milestones as a Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to move up to a Sales Executive position. Once commissioned as a Sales Executive, the position will have recoverable draws and an opportunity to make 6-figures.
Our Sales Executives will be working with Sales Assistants on a daily basis to train them in the various duties of the position.
:
High school diploma
Charismatic, excellent communication skills
Extrovert who enjoys meeting new people
Highly driven and ambitious
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior sales members
Sales experience is a plus
College degree is a plus
Real Estate experience is highly desired but not required
Responsibilities:
Underwriting real estate potential property deals
Calling existing borrowers
Prospecting for new borrowers - making cold calls, emails, etc.
Setting and attending meetings
CRM (Customer Relationship Management Software) database management/quality control
Gathering due diligence documents from borrowers
Communicating with capital conduits when necessary
Coordinating construction draws for borrowers when appropriate
Overall support of the sales team and individual sales executives
