Namaste Home Health and Hospice is Medicare and Medicaid certified agency that has been serving the greater Denver area for over 15 years. We are passionate about serving those that are seeking recovery through our home health services or are nearing the end of life and receiving care from our hospice professionals. We believe in being guided by the goals of our patients and embracing patient self-determination, autonomy, and choice.
Namaste Home Health and Hospice is seeking an experienced home health and hospice Community Liaison to work out of our Denver, CO office. We are seeking an individual who is highly entrepreneurial and driven to develop strong relationships that will help perpetuate sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of home health and/or hospice business development experience. Understanding of Medicare home health/hospice regulations and established relationships with facility and physicians office personnel is preferred.
Responsibilities of the Community Liaison:
The Community Liaison is responsible for expanding the market share of Namaste Home Health and Hospice in the greater Denver metro. Referral generation through developing relationships and networking with personnel who work within hospitals, physician?s offices, skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, independent and assisted living centers, and other venues is the primary duty. Other functions include developing an effective prospecting strategy and performing market analysis, performing sales calls, delivering formal and impromptu presentations, setting and communicating goals and plans, and adjusting strategies and plans based upon actual results.
Required Experience
At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, Home Health and/or Hospice marketing
A proven track record of developing and implementing sales plans that yield growth
Evidence of consistently meeting established referral goals
Infectious positivity and interpersonal skills
Bachelor?s degree
Also Desired:
Established contacts in the Denver metro who are directly responsible for discharge planning
