Trainer - Registered Nurse - Medical Information Job Opening in Horsham, Pennsylvania - Job Summary: The Trainer?s responsibilities include development and delivery of corporate and client specific training modules for the designated client team(s) for new hires and for refresher training. Responsibilities also include administering content in C3i Solutions? Learning Management System, maintaining training materials, designing refresher training based on Quality Assurance and management team feedback of Agents.
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
Develop training materials for designated client to include: internal and client utilized applications, product knowledge, and medical information where appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, training manuals, handouts, and visual aids to support classroom instruction. Update course curriculum as needed. Schedule training classes in coordination with staffing schedules and with minimal impact on operations.
Ensure associates meet or exceed the performance standards of both C3i Solutions and the client requirements, including certification.
Delivery of training to current and new hire associates on Customer service skills, Client applications and processes, C3i Solutions processes and technology and other content as assigned.
Assist with development and training of quality guidelines.
Quality Assurance: work with the QA resources to address negative trends relating to training. Develop and deliver refresher training as needed or requested.
Reporting: prepare and deliver training evaluation reports on a monthly basis. Reports include but are not limited to training feedback, attendee performance as well as recommendations for improvements to training process or content.
Assisting in various corporate training initiatives and other projects as assigned. * Work with the training department to ensure proper use and cataloging of training in C3i Solutions? Learning Management System.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Horizon, and standard Internet applications
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

Bachelors in Education, Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Advanced training certifications preferred
Learning Management System knowledge preferred
Minimum 3+ years of platform instruction experience necessary
3+ years Instructional design and curriculum development experience necessary
Call center training, medical information training and operations experience preferred
Pharmaceutical operations experience preferred
Healthcare license - Active RN or LPN
