Job Opening in Reading, Pennsylvania - 20% instant raise from current liaison compensation/salary This is a outside sales position and sales experience is required MUST HAVE HOME CARE/HOSPICE sales verifiable experience, NO EXCEPTIONS Job description: Develop new relationships with consumer/patients and thair families, other referral sources in the community while managing existing ones. Focused on promoting our relationships with SC agensies,Hospitals, Nursing homes, Rehabs, other agencies and organizations, networking groups while participating in and proactively planning events like health fairs and screenings that position us as the Home Care marketing strategy in conjunction with the Director while ering with our Communications and Marketing Departments and external sources to generate new ways to build brand and monitor a system to track marketing/contact info and communicate regularly with office staff to stay aware of potential/new referral sources. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and energized, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships . Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical. Recent healthcare marketing or sales experience is preffered. The ideal candidate will have established healthcare : * At least 2 years recent sales experience in the Home care/Hospice required * Formal sales training * Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan * Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market * Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
