We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our Culinary team! The successful candidate will report to the Executive Chef and will oversee the kitchen and the culinary team. In addition, the successful candidate must be capable of directing production of food of the highest standards of quality and presentation. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in all areas of a hotel kitchen and have strong supervisory and financial management skills with the ability to train and motivate his/her employees.
