Software Support Specialist Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a professional to join our Customer Support team as a specialist in our financial and HRIS applications. This position involves: learning how HarrisData applications work, providing telephone and Internet support, customer education, technical services and proper documentation of these activities.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years? experience supporting or implementing financial application software
A Bachelor's degree in business, or another field with relevant experience in accounting, and payroll or human resources at a distribution or manufacturing company
Strong presentation skills, and demonstrated ability to teach
Documented experience developing video lessons and responses
Ability to interpret and analyze a customer's question and quickly respond with an appropriate recommendation
An aptitude for quickly learning software in depth, and a curiosity to learn more than is required
An attitude to provide exceptional service, and a strong focus on the customer's success
Clear and complete verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites as necessary
