We are seeking a passionate, highly self-motivated Sales/Desk Manager to assist our team in achieving maximum sales performance and profit goals while maintaining an exceptional CSI record of customer satisfaction.

Be an experienced, energetic Sales/Desk Manager with Ford brand experience and a strong sales and finance background!
Be highly experienced and excellent at desking deals and holding gross.
Be an exceptional communicator, manager and developer of people; able to help select and cultivate new talent into top performers.
Be excellent at building loyalty and commitment among our team and retaining the very best sales professionals for our store.
Lead by example.
Have a proven track record of success and strong references in the industry to support your past performance.

Qualifications Required:
At least five (5) years in a dealership sales environment
At least 2 years as a Sales/Desk Manager
Well versed in using Reynolds & Reynolds
Well versed in using E-leads
Highly interactive management style ? actively engaging with sales people and customers on the floor (not just sitting behind the desk)
Excellent at working with and motivating teams
Strong ethics and values
A Current Driver?s License
A track record of maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
High awareness that you represent the Wyatt Johnson brand and are committed to excellence
