Sales Advisor Job Opening in Knoxville, Tennessee - M Force is partnered with SouthEast Bank to find entry-level overachievers that enjoy exceeding goals and being rewarded for their results. Sales driven individuals needed for a high-volume student loan division in West Knoxville . Direct hire position. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a banking environment.
ENVIRONMENT : Office setting. Communicating with customers via phone, email and text. No cold-calling. Must be comfortable with outbound calling and texting.
HOURS : The bank is open M-TH 8-8, F 8-5, and Sat 10-4. Must be able to work three day shifts (8-5p) and two night shifts (11-8p), in addition to a Saturday 10-4p every 1 to 2 months.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related
Sales driven, ambitious, and motivated
2+ years' experience financial services and/or consumer lending preferred

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support the processing of new client applications, gathering needed data
Monitoring the processes to ensure accuracy
Communicate politely with customers via phone, text messaging, and email to gather information to make appropriate decisions and explain rationale behind credit decision
Accurate and timely follow up with prospective clients? applications
Provide advice and help to customers regarding the Bank?s services
Maintain accurate records of correspondence or discussions with customers
