Lead Guest Service Representative for Salon Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Lead Guest Service Representative for Salon HABITUDE is a nationally recognized salon and spa and has been featured in Seattle Magazine, Salon Today and Allure magazine. We are looking to hire a full time Lead Guest Service Representative with the following qualifications: - Posses a minimum of 1 year management experience. - 1 ? 3 years experience within Spa/Salon industry or Retail industry. - Previously responsible for meeting sales and/or retail goals. - Must be self managed with excellent organizational skills. - Must be a team player with strong supervisory skills and able to effectively manage diverse personalities. - Ability to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends. Responsibilities include: - Oversee daily operations of salon including managing guests experience, cleaning, stocking, inventory, opening and closing of salon, etc. - Assist with developing a greater presence within the community, such as collaborating with stylists/management to create new marketing ideas. - Act as a Manager on Duty at both locations ?
