Job Responsibilities:
Motivate, train and assist Account Executives to meet assigned sales goals
Assist and travel with Account Executives on customer visits
Collaborate with team in development and maintenance of sales strategies to accelerate sales in both accounts and prospects per Account Executive
Develop and maintain strategic account plans for priority customers, to include large accounts
Liaise with corporate marketing team to plan and execute event initiatives to encourage sales
Assist VP of Sales in the development and implementation of team meeting topics
Conduct diligent follow up as necessary to successfully achieve quarterly sales goals
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business (GPA 3.0 or above) or related field a plus
5 years of industry experience
Sales abilities
Ability to travel within region, including Greater Los Angeles/Inland Empire Area
Results focused and self-motivated
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills, with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
Treats others with respect and fairness
Professional presentation
