RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintained Accounts Payable and Receivable
Assist in month-end closing process
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Interact with clients and vendors to resolve outstanding issues and provide assistance with financial reporting
Assist with other projects as needed
Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
4+ years of accounting experience in a professional environment
Proficient with MS Office - Excel and Word
Experience with high volume of invoices preferred
Highly motivated, results-oriented and a strong work ethic,
High-energy with ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and unstructured environment
Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $34,000.00 to $36,000.00 /year
