The Administrative Assistant will handle many responsibilities and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately, efficiently and with minimal supervision. The position requires organization, flexible scheduling, and the ability to prioritize the following list of job duties:
Working in our Nashville Call Center our Sales Support staff answers phones, books rentals, answers email, text and chat correspondences with clients, organizes documents, provides support to our Nationwide Rental Staff, responds to client concerns on rental policies and billing, responds to situations and guides the client through our rental process from booking through billing.
Requirements:
MS Office/Google docs/Excellent phone etiquette/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/Problem solving
Helpful:
in the touring music business, geography, automotive mechanical interest/knowledge.
