Following up on Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock, product questions and pricing.
Selling a minimum number of furniture volume based on goals and objectives defined by the online manager.
Strong writing skills and great email etiquette is a must.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to sell high-end merchandise over the phone and by online chat platform.
Keeping customer informed during the delivery process.
Handling customer service type issues that customers may have such as damages, returns or exchanges.
Job Requirements/Skills: An Internet sales specialist should be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads, orders, shipping. All sales personnel require strong communication skills both verbal and written in order to work most effectively with customers. Willing to work some holidays and Saturdays to achieve their goals.
Pluses: Experience in the home furnishings or décor with using with any website CMS platform especially Magento.
