2. Encode Payable Entries in the Accounting Software
3. Filing of Invoices
4. Process Aging Reports
5. Prepare and Encode Sales and Purchase Reports
6. Prepares Cash Disbursement/Cash Receipts Journal
7. Prepares Liabilities Account Report
8. Prepares Expense Account Report
of journal entries, coding of invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation
:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting preferably in the Supermarket/Retail Industry
2. College Degree Preferred
3. With Strong Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software, Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Strong Interpersonal Skills
5. Has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple and conflicting projects/requests
6. Strong math and analytical skills
