HVAC Counter Sales Associate Job Opening in Lakewood, New jersey - E.P. Homiek Sheet Metal Fabrication & HVAC Supply is seeking an experienced counter sales specialist to provide customer service at our Lakewood, NJ location. E.P. Homiek has been a trusted fabricator/supplier for residential and commercial HVAC applications for nearly 30 years.
Job Responsibilities :
Receive and process customer orders and quotations for HVAC supplies and equipment
Provide in-person and telephone customer service
Computer order entry and tracking
Establish and cultivate customer relationships
Identify parts and equipment and answer product-related questions and inquiries
Monitor inventory
Create purchase orders and receive and verify shipments
Converse and correspond with vendors
Stock counter area
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years HVAC counter sales experience
Minimum 2 years HVAC field experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer skills
Knowledge of HVAC parts and terminology
Computer proficiency
DDI experience a strong plus
Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
