Sales Account Executive Job Opening in Madison, Wisconsin - PharmaSeek is looking for a dynamic, motivated Account Executive to join our team!
Responsibilities
Oversee the Business Development department and daily operations of the sales team
Identify and negotiate preferred vendor relationships with Sponsors and CROs
Leverage existing relationships to increase the amount of clinical trials available to PharmaSeek?s Investigative Site Network
Work with Sponsors and CROs to identify clinical trials for PharmaSeek?s investigative sites
Represent PharmaSeek at trade shows and industry events
Develop staff in supporting roles, emphasizing soft skill improvement and core competencies
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree or higher in a related field
Minimum of 4 years previous sales experience, experience with a consultative sales process preferred
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment: a proactive, results-driven and goal-oriented approach
Excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks and timelines
Strong critical thinking abilities such as analysis, judgment, problem-solving and ethics
Superior interpersonal skills; with the ability to work individually with clients and collaborate with coworkers in a team environment.
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to understand clinical terms and descriptors including strong investigative skills with the ability to think ?outside the box?
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Experience in the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry preferred
Experience managing a team of employees preferred.
