The Branch Manager has overall responsibility for the critical issues of sales and branch operations including: sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, operating expenses, warehouse, safety, customer service, inventory, community relations, and resolution of personnel issues.

Do you have the following background?
Experience in managing sales and administrative staff with proven leadership skills in leading, directing and developing employees
Experience in wholesale distribution environment.
Experience in P & L lines and budgeting processes.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and decision making skills.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and collaborates within a multi-functional team.
Detail oriented, organized, consistent and tenacious.
Self-motivated and self-starter.
Bachelor?s Degree in business or equivalent desired.
Experience in the electrical, plumbing and HVAC industry desired.
