We are looking for Right of Way (R.O.W) Inside Sales Agents to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research contact information of building owners, property managers, and superintendents with the goal of securing Right of Way signed documents.
Document facilities and equipment installation details.
Field visits if needed with building owners, property managers and superintendents to explain and facilitate installation of services in their complex.
Document creation to complete appropriate contract with client.
Development of spreadsheets reports to track progress of assigned work.
Follow-up with appropriate building management to assure commitments are met.
Qualifications:
Inside sales experience a plus!
Telecommunications and facilities background a plus.
Web based research background necessary.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills
