HIRING BICYCLE ASSEMBLERS Job Opening in charleston, South Carolina - HIRING BICYCLE ASSEMBLERS HIRING BICYCLE ASSEMBLERS ALL OVER SOUTH CAROLINA but also throughout THE UNITED STATES We are seeking experienced qualified bicycle assemblers to perform services for our client WalMart in many different cities and states. We also have Sams Clubs stores but most of the work is on location at many WalMarts we service. If you feel you are qualified, you will need the following tools to get started, We do not supply them: BIKE STAND PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR ASSORTMENT OF HAND TOOLS (SOME SPECIFICALLY FOR BIKES) IMPACT GUN(S) YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE A VALID SOCIAL SECURITY CARD MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO BE EMPLOYED You will need to fill out the following paperwork before starting work: JOB APPLICATION W-4 TAX FORM STATE TAX FORM (FOR YOUR STATE, IF ANY EXISTS) I-9 CITIZENSHIP VERIFICATION FORM DIRECT DEPOSIT FORM TO BE PAID (IF YOU HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT) Email us for the forms at: Our company believes that only bikers should get bike assembly jobs. The bikes must be built properly and usually bikers will most likely know how to assemble them way better than just some random applicant off the street who applies for these jobs. We do not seek random applicants, that is why we posted in the SKILLED TRADE JOBS section of . Bikers get bike jobs period!!!!! We do hire people to assemble grills, furniture, patio sets, lawn equipment, exercise equipment, and other stuff at times throughout the years so if you are experienced in these areas then message me or email me right away. We also replace shopping cart wheels on shopping carts. We put together steel bins in the stockrooms. We install air fresheners in the restrooms of businesses. We provide a clean up for our WalMart accounts. There a lot of different items to assemble and multiple scopes of work as the stores request to use us so the work can stay steady all year round. Your longevity is up to YOU! Once we receive back all of your completed hiring forms and they are filled out correctly, we might offer you a position as an assembler but your longevity with the company is only secured if you build bikes properly. Any major complaints and you will have no job. If you were hired it was because you told us you could do it and had experience but if that turns out to be untrue then we will replace you with a serious bike assembler. Just be honest and if you ever needed any help, just ask. Once hired, we will send you some blank invoices that you will need to fill out each and every time you service a store and this is how we get paid. NO INVOICE COMPLETED AND SIGNED??? NO PAY!!! We will send you an example invoice so you can see how we want them filled out. If not filled out properly, this will delay your pay as well as make you look bad if it becomes a routine problem as well as going back to the store and redoing the invoice all over again. Invoices must be mailed back to us once each week to be paid on time. We pay every 2 weeks and your pay is expedited 2 weeks after the close of the previous pay period. We are starting with a new payroll service provider known as ADP. We are no longer using Wells Fargo Business Payroll Service. We pay out 50% of all completed invoices to all new hires and once you show us a certification of a completed course in bicycle mechanics your pay will be adjusted according to our needs in the marketplace but only after completion of a bike tech course has been proven.
