Outside Sales / Project Manager Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are a construction Subcontracting Company with over 60 years experience with concrete floor treatments (e.g., polishing, stains, coatings, sealers, etc.) and are looking for TOP PERFORMERS ONLY .
- Beginning Salary $40K to $55K with medical benefits stipend (for you and your family) after you go on full commission.

- Demonstrate the ability (or be willing and able to quickly learn) to do the following:
Identify and analyze prospective customers. Call on General Contractors and owners to build lasting relationships for profitable contracts.
Use project bid database(s) to review plans and specifications to identify qualifying projects and perform take-offs to submit to General Contractors and owners as bids/proposals for contracts.
Aggressively manage the sales process to close contracts and help manage projects to completion.
Problem solve and resolve issues with customers and vendors.
Maintain records and submit weekly/monthly paperwork.
Other responsibilities and assignments as the position requires.
- This position requires a high level of organization and self-management as you run your territory within the framework of weekly and monthly accountability reporting.
- College Degree is a must (any field of study), unless you can prove competence in problem solving, writing, and communication.
- Initial Salary between $40K - $55K to transition into full commission with actual potential for $100K+ annually for those willing to earn it. This position is ideal for a full-commission commitment.
