Sports Medicine Oregon is Seeking a part time ?Accounts HR Specialist? to join our team. We are searching for someone who is detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. This position is 20 hrs a week with a flexible schedule at $18-$20 hr, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain Accounts Payable
Posting Journal Entries
Prepare and post payroll every two weeks
Adjust for overtime, unpaid leave, PTO and set up for new hires
Calculate retirement contributions every 2 weeks
Help with annual Work Comp reports and submission
Answer Phones from Vendors
Post Approved Invoices
Match Purchase Order to Invoice
New Hire Onboarding
Job Description revisions, as needed
The Ideal Candidate will have
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Microsoft Office products
3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
3 years of customer service
Familiar with garnishment paperwork and calculations
Familiar with child support payments
New Hire Onboarding
We are looking to hire mid to late August 2017.
