Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Charleston, West virginia - What would you do in this job:
Review and process incoming life insurance claims.
Audit, verify, and process service requests.
Communicate with insured customers to resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding product and administrative procedures.
Process conversions, including auditing applications, verifying eligibility, and forwarding applications to the Home Office for handling
Contribute to a positive team environment, including providing back up, sharing in job duty rotation, and actively participating in team meetings.

Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for approximately 3-6 hours per day
Ability to utilize phone for approximately 3-6 hours per day
Ability to perform simple grasping including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout entire workday
