Assistant Manager Job Opening in Beckley, West virginia - F.O.G. Enterprise is seeking an Assistant Manager to learn how to supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery workers and retail sales workers and to operate a Home Furnishings store. You will be:
Planning and directing staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
Conferring with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on type of equipment to purchase
Resolving customer complaints regarding sales and service
Job Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager for F.O.G. Enterprise, you will oversee the work of sales and related workers. You will train, prepare work schedules and assign workers to specific duties. Additional responsibilities include:
Selling and delivering merchandise
Accounting work
Working with credit and collections
Completing all specifications for daily inventory and personnel
Job Requirements As an Assistant Manager, you must have exceptional sales skills and experience. You must also be a confident self-starter who is committed to the growth of the company. Additional requirements include:
Minimum 1-year experience
Having excellent leadership skills
Possessing a professional work ethic
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and employees
