(NOW HIRING SEVERAL ENERGETIC STREET SIGN SPINNERS- GREAT PAY) Legal Assistant Job Opening in los angeles, California - Legal Assistant Small Plaintiff�s employment law firm is seeking an entry level legal assistant on a part-time basis, 30 hours per week to start with the potential for growth. Starting pay is $13/hr. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with litigation and general office duties such as answering the phones, copying/scanning, file maintenance, problem solving, etc. In addition to basic administrative tasks, the right candidate will help create a more efficient and productive office. Candidate should be: � Experienced with Microsoft Office and Adobe and able to learn various legal software programs quickly. � Personable and professional verbally and in written communications � Reliable and organized. � A problem solver who can work in a team environment. � Trustworthy. Lead attorney frequently travels and works remotely. Legal assistant must be able to maintain the office and problem solve without handholding or micromanagement. � Detail oriented. � Lifelong learner�must want to grow and learn new skills for the duration of their employment. We are an evolving office that is always seeking to improve. Bonus points if you � Are familiar with the CCP/court deadlines � Speak Spanish � Have bookkeeping experience � Can help maintain our website, computer network, and/or create a firm blog We are looking for a long-term assistant who can manage a growing office.
