The Receptionist / Customer Service Representative is responsible for daily tasks such as answering phones, providing customer service, aiding departments in specific projects and tasks, and performing simple administrative duties. Primary Responsibilities - Handles phone calls and assists customers in getting their questions answered - Manages small projects that are assigned from all different departments on a day to day basis - Stays aware of incoming faxes and emails throughout the day and distributes them accordingly - Is a team player by providing aid where it is needed and efficiently accomplishing goals by working together - Performs basic office tasks Requirements - Administrative experience is required - Complete Excel and QuickBooks knowledge and skills are required - Professional demeanor - Excellent Microsoft Office and PC skills required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment - Must be able to problem solve independently and collaborate with others - Bilingual skills is a plus - Experience working with QuickBooks is also a plus To Apply Please send a resume and cover letter describing your skills and interests to .
