Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Bloomington, Indiana - iMechanic is a leading repair facility throughout all central Indiana. We have 6 locations and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for a Bookkeeper that is seeking long term employment and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and accountant receivable
Process payroll
Credit card and bank reconciliation
Wire Transfer
Monthly journal entries
Prepare year-end financials
Track income and commission
Track all AR/AP
Audit financials
Track USE and Sales Tax
Track Employee Benefits
Other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
AA or Bachelor?s Degree is highly desired
QuickBooks experience
Payroll Experience
Excellent oral and written skills
Able to work well independently
Able to implement ideas and suggestion
Work well under pressure and stress
Multi-task and successfully meet deadlines
