We are seeking a competitive, outgoing, customer service driven, money motivated outside sale representative to add to our team. Previous sales experience is a plus, and outside sales is even better, but we will train the right individual. JOB DESCRIPTION: For over a decade, Storm Guard has specialized in exterior restoration services for both homes and businesses due to storm damage. Repairs are often covered by the owner?s insurance and consist of roofing, siding, windows, gutters and emergency tarping services. Storm Guard of New Bern is seeking competitive, motivated and goal oriented individuals to join our team as outside sales representatives. We are a rapidly growing organization with great opportunities for individuals who have interest in selling or have sales experience and want to build a successful career by assisting our customers in their unique moment of need. Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sales, Prospecting, Customer Service, Negotiating, Diligent customer follow-up & follow-through, commitment to personal and team goals
Outside Sales Representative Requirements: History of accomplishment and promotion, knowledge of construction and/or building materials helpful, but not required. Ability to quickly build relationships, Coachable Team player
Compensation includes a base salary PLUS uncapped commission structure. Bonus and incentive programs are also available.
You must have a valid NC driver?s license, have dependable transportation, pass a criminal background check and be able to set and climb a ladder for inspections.
