Sales Representative Job Opening in New Bern, North carolina - Our company is seeking a full time Sales Representative that can work well in a fast-paced, high demand, call center environment. The position is entry level, but requires someone with the ability to adapt and change with the needs of the business. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with tele-sales. Competitive pay structure with guaranteed base hourly rate.
Primary Responsibilities
Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls (to include some outbound solicitation calls)
Discussing, planning, and selling travel packages
Data entry and processing of loan paperwork
Processing of customer applications and information
Written correspondence
Light cleaning (managing your work station to ensure it is up to company standards)
Job Requirements
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook / Strong typing skills
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Sales Experience Preferred (does not have to be in our field)
Preferably has knowledge of the military and/or lending, collections, finance industry (not required)
Standard Business Hours
Monday ? Friday 10 AM ? 10 PM
Saturday 10 AM- 9 PM
*Extended hours during the Holiday Season ? to be determined based on company needs*
