Position Description:
LA Premier Home Improvement specializes in helping residential and commercial property owners make repairs after damaging storms. We work closely with insurance companies to insure that our customers are taken care of. Your position will meet with home and business owners whose properties have recently been effected by hail and damaging winds. You will inform them about the services and products we offer, delivering estimates, setting up appointments for the area Project Manager, offer superior customer service, meet with insurance adjusters if needed, and establish the sale. Job Requirements:
- Ability to knock on a home or business owner door and canvass areas
- Generate leads for the company
- Highly self motivated and people oriented

- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)

- Excellent time management skills
- Perform roof inspections (be comfortable with heights)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Sales and/or management experience preferred, but not required
- Meet with property owners to go over project details
- Meet insurance adjusters onsite
