The Inside Sales Rep/Service Writer an important role at Jon-Don. Our strong reputation for quality customer service has been the foundation of our success, and as an Inside Sales Rep/Service Writer it is you who will be responsible for continuing to impress our customers. You will have the opportunity to make our customers want to do business with us for years to come.

Your responsibilities may substantially vary but include, and are not limited to, the following:
Developing professional relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
Assisting customers with product selection and placing product orders
Recommending new product and/or services
Providing technical advice
Addressing any concerns a customer may have
Meeting and exceeding sales quotas
Inspecting commercial cleaning equipment
Creating a repair order for work to be completed
Gathering details about the equipment to direct the technician on the repair
Educating customers on preventative maintenance options
Continuous contact and follow up with customers throughout the repair process
Investigating any warranty options and follow up
Obtain pre-authorization on repairs from the customer
Closing work orders and collecting payment
Performing a comprehensive inspection of customer's equipment and/or vehicle for cleanliness
Confirm that all identified repairs have been completed, paper work is in order
Following up with the customer to confirm repairs were satisfactory
Required Skills:
Bachelor?s degree preferred
At least 2-3 years of recent customer service
Confident demeanor, competitive drive, organized and goal-oriented
Strong computer skills
Excellent communications skills (oral and written), courteous and clear telephone voice
Willing to invest time and effort into learning about Jon-Don?s products and services
Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus
Ability to translate technical information
Strong attention to detail and organized
