Consure Medical is an emerging medical device company that develops novel solutions for the management of discreet and sensitive healthcare needs. Consure?s initial focus is on managing fecal incontinence in bedridden patients. Through our proprietary technology and expanding product portfolio we offer patients a superior option to conventional bowel management strategies.
We?re looking for some Start-up Specialists to help us aggressively bring our impactful products in the market and ultimately to the patients that need it most. As a Start-up Specialist, you will work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) throughout the USA to generate interest in Consure products and move them through the sales cycle. You will provide clinical support for Consure?s product lines through direct physician interaction, medical staff education, and procedural consultation. We want Consure Medical to be known as the most human-centric, innovative and exciting health brand in the world. RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in design and execution of all clinical trials, health-economic pilots and clinical marketing collaterals.
Recruit KOL?s, CEO?s of health systems and other thought leaders to create a clinical evidence driven advocacy group to support the commercial goals of the company.
Work with a cross-functional team to define marketing claims and positioning of the products.
Work with the team to develop sales campaigns that take into account each customers? clinical setting, culture and brand positioning to craft the most compelling introduction to Consure Medical?s best-in-class products.
Collaborate with the leadership team on business development activities, identifying channel partners, and preparing for geographic expansion.
Ensure that brand touch points including our website, our marketing materials, our sales process, our office culture, etc. are a coherent and compelling with our sales pitches and training.
Foster a strong working relationship with KOL?s, subject matter experts and clinical consultants to lead publication efforts and ensure podium presentations are aligned with the commercial strategies.
Educate and update customers through in-service training, literature, and videos approved by the company.
Ability to shepherd the protocols and pilot proposals through approval committee?s and execute the study seamlessly, including training of investigative team, interfacing with clinical subjects, recruitment, data collection, and case coordination.
Oversee the design and reporting of clinical trials that meet the standards of excellence for ethics, scientific merit and all regulatory compliance.
Assist with vendor and contract management and planning
Assist with product evaluation and feedback, quality control, risk management, incident
Write final reports and co-ordinate manuscripts for publications.
Completes expense reports, call reports, and other administrative documentation as required.
Monitor medical device feedback, complaints, and/or recalls. Report and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Monitor FDA regulatory developments affecting healthcare technology. Familiarity with codes, standards, and regulations.
Maintains knowledge of Consure Medical product lines, clinical procedures, business ethics, and other educational requirements
Approximately 25-35% domestic travel. Rare over the weekend travel.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant Experience
Background in business or engineering. Masters preferred.
Experience in conducting trials for novel products that resulted in a successful commercial launch of wound care, critical care, infection control or similar consumable type medical devices.
Proven expertise in understanding the nuances of Affordable Care Act and ability to conduct credible health-economic pilots and subsequent commercial claims.
Understanding of device regulations around marketing, advertising and promotional activities is desired.
Project management experience and ability to support development of products from concept through commercial launch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially scientific writing and presentation skills are required.
Self-starter, independent, and able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

Salary: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
