Retail Manager for a Busy Spa Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - Encore Companies operates massage and skincare clinics in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and we currently have an opening on our management team. Applicants must have at least 5 years? experience directly managing front line employees in a high-volume retail, hospitality or healthcare environment.
Encore managers ensure that sales goals are met and service standards are upheld by front desk employees, massage therapists and estheticians in a fast-paced retail environment.
