Customer Service Manager Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Hostwinds is seeking a motivated professional, to manage our growing Customer Success Team, in our downtown Tulsa office.
This position would be directly managing our Customer Success Team, which consists of 12-16 individuals, who are the client-facing aspect of our Company, and handle all client interactions.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring QA (Quality Assurance) objectives by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing procedures and policies
Routinely auditing staff's interactions with clients (Phone, Chat, Ticketing System), proactively correcting issues, and coaching employees as needed
Ensuring optimal staffing levels, and providing training for new employees
Reporting directly to upper management, of trends and problems that need to be addressed
Enforcing Policies and Procedures, and updating documentation as needed, along with continual training
Requirements:
At least 5 years of management experience in related field (Call Center Manager, Technical Support Manager, Customer Service Manager)
Technically proficient, capable of resolving most Windows desktop issues
Self-Driven, capable of working without direct oversight
Professional Writing Skills (for documentation of policies)
