At Spartan Surfaces we are seeking an individual to join our Accounting / Finance team located at our corporate offices in Bel Air, MD.
Day to responsibilities included but are not limited to :
* Review, manage, approve (or seek approval), & post G&A invoices
* Review. manage, approve (or seek approval) & post corporate credit cards
* Manage recurring bills
* Manage cash disbursement process & related documentation
* Reconcile Vendor bills to purchase orders & related approvals
* Communicating with Vendors as to discrepancies / status
* Tax & Jurisdiction research
* Bank reconciliation
* Manage sales tax & filing process
* Set up of vendors
Key skill sets
* General ledger experience
* Written / verbal internal and external clients / customers
* ERP
* Excel / Outlook proficiency
