TRACE is looking for a highly professional, organized individual with excellent attention to detail and communication skills to perform accounting functions for 4* *0 hours per week . The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and have strong time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of invoicing
Manage accounts receivable and collection process
Process expense reports
Enter monthly credit card statement
Receive and interpret all receipts
Reconcile account ledger
General ledger analysis
Accounts payable
Manage asset inventory
Special assignments as necessary
Qualifications:
BS in Accounting
Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel and all other MS Office products
0-5 years of relevant experience
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Salesforce experience preferred
