Title : Accounting Supervisor
Education & Experience: CPA, 4-8 years relevant experience
Job Description/ Key areas of responsibility:
Prepare GAAP financial reports on a timely basis for various privately owned entities including family office management company, various real estate operating and investment entities, a private family foundation and other affiliated entities .
Perform and/or supervise all accounting functions for above companies, including revenue billings and collections, accounts payable processes, account reconciliations, etc.
Supervise property management accounting for mixed-use commercial properties, including lease administration and all other accounting functions.
Participate in annual budgeting and business plan development for various activities.
Cash management, forecasting and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities include backup for other affiliated entity accounting positions.
Prepare other financial reports and analysis and special projects as needed/requested, including supporting real estate asset management group.
Assist with income tax accounting and preparation of tax returns, including coordinating with service providers.
Assist with computer network administration and other office management responsibilities as needed.
