Senior Accountant Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Primary responsibilities:
In-charge of A&A engagements of varying size and complexity from start to completion
Prepare financial statements and related reports
Supervise and train newer staff
Assist with year-end audits
Schedule and review work
Keep manager/principal aware of engagement status and problem areas
Proactively interact and communicate with clients to gather information to ensure timely engagement completion
Requirements:
2+ years experience in Public Accounting; familiar with audits, reviews, compilations and tax preparation
CPA
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
Versatile, flexible and willing to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Commitment to excellence and high standards, both personally and professionally
Preferences:
Experience with PPC Practice Aids & ProSystem fx Engagement Software
