Patient Support Call Center Job Opening in Cumberland, Rhode island - A-LINE STAFFING is now hiring Patient Support/Call Center Representatives in the Cumberland, RI area. This is a great opportunity to get in with a well-known Pharmaceutical Company.
Pay Rate:
$14.00 per hour
Hours:
Training schedule Mon- Fri 10 AM ? 6:30 PM. Work schedule after training will be 1 PM - 9:30 PM
Job Summary:
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will work to resolve patient billing and insurance inquiries, as well as respond to patient inquires related to visits, treatments and services.
You will be responsible for answering incoming calls related to Minute Clinic visits, patient billing statements, issues related to possible customer reimbursements, resolving patient payment concerns related to Minute Clinic claims, and other general inquiries.
You will be responsible for providing concise medical and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA compliance requirements, including but not limited to recent visits, follow up inquiries, and medical records.

High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Inbound call center: 1 year
Healthcare: 1 year
