Sales Manager Job Opening in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Sales Manager
The Sales Manager oversees a team of admissions representatives who are responsible for recruiting qualified applicants for admission to our school in accordance with company policies and being responsible for the daily operations of our admissions program.
Essential Functions:
Manage, motivate, and train admissions team
Set goals for the admissions team and coach individual performances
Schedule and conduct 2nd interviews
Pursue qualified candidates for enrollment
Confirm admissions team completes all enrollment paperwork weekly & accurately
Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities including the following:
Networking, Training Sessions, Customer Service Awareness and Career Days
Contact clients weekly with graduate status information and funding questions
Complete acceptance letters, invoices and follow up on payment due dates
Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred but not required
3+ years as an Experienced and Successful Admissions Manager or Sales Manager
Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations
Superior problem resolution skills
Goal oriented and highly ethical
In depth understanding of enrollment management
Compensation:
Base salary plus lucrative bonus structure
