Our corporate headquarters is located in North Kansas City, MO & we?ve recently opened a second inside sales office in Omaha, NE.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Sales Managers are expected to train and motivate an inside sales team. In addition to leading, our Sales Managers are responsible for building and maintaining their own book of business selling ADT?s suite of products. We have a proven formula of success to guide you through this process including a comprehensive training program.
Our Sales Managers Receive:
Annual base salary of $46,800
Uncapped commissions on personal sales
Uncapped overrides on your sales staff
Monthly and quarterly bonuses
Average earnings $135,000
Paid training

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have 3 years of verifiable sales success and the ability to coach, train, and mentor others. References are required.
If selected, you will be required to train for 4 weeks at our Regional Training facility in North Kansas City, MO.
