District Sales Manager Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - At Evolution Wireless, District Managers are in charge of the operational practices of all stores, making sure each store runs smoothly, meets budget and sales goals and is complying with any marketing campaigns and promotions. Meeting sales goals are a critical component to the success of our company. Our Omaha, NE region is fairly new but growing quickly.
Qualification:
Leadership Skills: Ability to keep employees motivated to sale. Must have sales experience and the ability to train employees to be successful.
Time Management: The District manager is responsible for multiple stores over a growing region and coordinating visits to each store on a weekly basis. District managers might have to create schedules, order supplies and write reports in addition to overseeing operations and training managers.
Analytical Skills: District managers are in charge of hiring new store managers and sales associates; a good judge of character will help ensure that you hire the right people to maintain an efficient and motivated sales team.
Decision-Making Skills: Must be comfortable dealing with employees, management or vendors, and making decisions that affect the company. Having the ability to make hard and fast decisions is critical.
